Fees
Protocol trade fee on every Manager fill, and how that fee pool is allocated.

Fee pool allocation
Each trade fee is split across the following shares of the fee pool (denominator 10,000 bps):
| Creator | 25% of the fee pool (~0.3125% of volume). Paid to the token creator. |
|---|---|
| Referrer | 15% of the fee pool (~0.1875% of volume). Paid to the trader's bound referrer. If none is set, this share is added to the platform. |
| Cashback | 1% of the fee pool (~0.0125% of volume). Credited to the trader. |
| Platform | 59% of the fee pool (~0.7375% of volume). Protocol share. |
Callout share
When a callout announcer is set on the trade and is not the trader, 30% of the platform slice is allocated to that announcer.
